Babol AI Terms of Service

Full terms

1. Acceptance. By opening an account, sending a message or making a payment on babol-ai.net you agree to these terms and to the Babol AI Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or older where your jurisdiction sets a higher age for adult services, and legally able to enter a contract.
3. Nature of the service. Babol AI provides fictional companion conversations for entertainment. No companion is a real person and no relationship formed here is a legal one.
4. Account creation. You must supply accurate registration details and keep them current. One person may hold one primary account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Account security. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. Free tier. Babol AI offers free access with limits on daily messages, memory depth and media. Limits may change as the service evolves.
7. Subscriptions. Paid plans unlock extended features. Prices, inclusions and billing periods are shown at checkout before you confirm.
8. Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew at the end of each period at the then-current price until cancelled through your account settings.
9. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken.
10. Refunds. Except where consumer law requires otherwise, payments for periods already started and for consumed credits are non-refundable.
11. Chargebacks. Raising a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
12. Taxes. Displayed prices may exclude local taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
13. Acceptable use. You may not use Babol AI for anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, or intended to harm another person or the service itself.
14. Prohibited content. Content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals without consent, extreme violence or illegal goods is strictly forbidden.
15. No impersonation. Do not create a companion designed to imitate a real person, public figure or protected trademark.
16. System integrity. Scraping, reverse engineering, automated access, credential sharing, rate-limit evasion and probing our infrastructure are not permitted.
17. Your content. You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Babol AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
18. Generated content. Subject to these terms you may use companion replies and generated media for personal, non-commercial purposes.
19. Our intellectual property. The Babol AI name, logo, interface, artwork, text and code remain our property or that of our licensors.
20. Feedback. Suggestions you send us may be used without obligation, compensation or attribution.
21. Third-party services. Payment, hosting and delivery partners have their own terms, and their availability affects ours.
22. Availability. We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and outages happen.
23. Changes to features. Babol AI may add, modify or retire features. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan we will notify subscribers in advance.
24. Moderation. We may review reported content, restrict functionality, or remove material that breaches these terms.
25. Suspension and termination. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to suspension or permanent closure without refund.
26. Your right to leave. You may close your Babol AI account at any time from account settings; deletion follows the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
27. No professional advice. Companion replies are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Seek a qualified professional for real decisions.
28. Emergencies. Babol AI is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number immediately.
29. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
30. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Babol AI in the twelve months before the claim.
31. Indemnity. You agree to cover losses arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
32. Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
33. Assignment. You may not transfer your account. We may assign these terms as part of a corporate transaction.
34. Severability. If a clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
35. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, and disputes go to its competent courts unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise. We ask that you contact support@babol-ai.net first.
36. Changes to these terms. Updates are posted here with a new date; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
37. Entire agreement. These terms together with the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Babol AI regarding the service.
